Access is granted to a single registered user and is non-transferable.
Digital Computer Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or retire course content at any time.
Temporary interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Free and Trial Courses
Some courses or course previews may be offered free of charge. Free course content is subject to these same Terms and Conditions, and Digital Computer Academy may discontinue free access at any time without prior notice.
Note:- Completion certificates issued by Digital Computer Academy are for educational recognition only and do not constitute formal academic qualifications unless explicitly stated.
User Account Responsibilities
When you register on our computer training academy platform, you take on specific responsibilities to ensure the security and integrity of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
You must not share your account access with any other person. Each enrollment is for a single user only.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorised or not.

You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction, ban, or course access limitation.
Accounts found to be shared or used by multiple individuals may be suspended without refund.
Digital Computer Academy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorised use of your account.
Payments and Pricing
All pricing for online computer courses displayed on our digital learning platform is in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for course enrollment:

Net banking from all major Indian banks
UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI)

Payment Terms
All payments must be completed in full before course access is granted.
Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
GST or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout as required by Indian law.
In the event of a payment failure, your enrollment will not be processed. Please retry or contact support.
Digital Computer Academy is not responsible for additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
6.3 Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional pricing, coupon codes, and discounts are time-limited and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Digital Computer Academy reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital Computer Academy aims to ensure complete satisfaction with every online computer course purchase. Our refund policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and clearly defined.

Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitalcomputeracademy.in.
Include your full name, registered email address, course name, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for courses purchased during special sales or at heavily discounted prices, unless due to a technical failure on our part.
Note:- Once a course completion certificate has been issued, the enrollment is considered fully utilised and no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Digital Computer Academy website and digital learning platform including but not limited to course videos, lecture notes, study materials, assessments, quizzes, graphics, logos, and software is the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Computer Academy or its licensed content creators.
This content is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.
What You May Not Do
Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any course material for redistribution or commercial use.
Record, screen-capture, or download video content from our online computer courses without explicit written permission.
Upload, publish, or share our course materials on any third-party platform, social media, or file-sharing service.

Limited Licence Granted to You
Upon enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the purchased course materials solely for your individual educational use. This licence does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
Note:- Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of Digital Computer Academy course materials may result in immediate account termination and legal action under Indian copyright law.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our website and digital learning platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal consequences.
Sharing login credentials or course access with others
Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code

We Are Not Liable For:
Any inaccuracy, error, or outdatedness in course content, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from use of our platform.
Interruptions, delays, or failures in course access due to technical issues, server outages, or third-party service disruptions.
Your failure to achieve a specific learning outcome, skill level, or career result after completing a course.

Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months preceding the event.

Termination of Access

Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your access to all enrolled courses will be immediately revoked. Depending on the reason for termination, you may or may not be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy (Section 7). Termination does not relieve you of any obligations you have incurred prior to termination.
You may also choose to voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure will not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Note:- Accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions will not be reinstated and may be permanently blacklisted from our platform.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Digital Computer Academy reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may be made to reflect updates to our online computer courses, new platform features, changes in applicable laws, or operational requirements.
